Aggregate Wash Plant

Main Contractor - K.F Quinn Concrete Construction Ltd

K.F Quinn were appointed  directly by the client Pencroft Ltd to carryout the construction of their new wash plant facility for clean recycled aggregates.

Our package included all civils and reinforced concrete works to form the water tanks, 100 ton filter press base, aquacycle tank base, material stock bays, conveyor support bases and various other plant bases.

The quantities involved were approximately 102 tonnes of steel reinforcement, 3000m2 formwork and 2000m3 concrete and all of the works were completed within 13 weeks.

This works package was carried out on a full supply basis including all cranes and concrete pumps to carryout the works, the value of the package was in excess of £450,000.
