K.F Quinn were appointed to carry out the reinforced concrete works package on a labour/plant basis on this high profile project, our works included all foundation works, column bases, retaining walls to all elevations of the store and unloading bay to service yard.

We were responsible for all temporary works designs as well as formwork supply.

Externally we constructed retaining walls to form the disabled ramp access, with adjacent steps and curved retaining wall to the car park entrance area.

To the rear of the store we constructed the service yard with 200mm deep concrete slabs with a brush finish and trowelled margins.
